HD TV Tuner Card for the PC

Besides the ATi HDTV Tuner Card, are there any *Good* HDTV Tuner Cards out there for the PC/Home-Brew DVR?

Yes there are lots. Do some googling. I use the MyHD MDP-130 in my PC. It not only tunes in ATSC digital feeds of the air, but also has a 2nd coaxial jack with an integrated QAM cable tuner.

You can tune in unencrypted stations with it. My cable carrier sends 3 of the 4 network feeds in HD, TNTHD, ESPN-HD, and Discovery-HD all unencrypted, free.

I use the ATSC off-air tuner to tune-in the other HD local station.

I use it to record all the football games in HD as well as my favorite HD shows (24, House, Grey's Anatomy, ER). The DVR integrates with titantv.com, so thats good. It's no Tivo though!

I had spent lots of time with Google, but only found hardware that was now quite old. Finally I found http://www.ADSTech.com and just bought their new card. So far so good, though I've only had it a few days.

Ok, I'm a bit new to this stuff but have been looking to build a PVR for a while. I am a bit confused with what I need. I have IO Optimum Cable from Cablevision. Are there cards which I can use such that I do not need their functionally limited DVR box? I have been considering the Hauppauge WinTV-PVR-500MCE since it has dual tuners. However, it claims to handle only 125 channels and my service goes way higher. Does it even handle the digital channels from IO? Also, if I decide to get a HD TV will I need another card for this?

I used to have a KWorld ATSC-110 (I think) that worked like a charm w/BeyondTV but didn't work in Windows MCE (oh well). I'd highly recommend it if BTv was your pvr software of choice and you weren't looking to spend a lot of money. They usually run about $60-$70 online. Only one tuner though, and only OTA signals.
