« Replay HD DVR? | Main | PVR with no phone line? »
Hello I'm looking to buy a DVR preferably PC based that records HD 1080i and 720p. Does anybody know of a company that sells the setup? I know that Tivo and Replay do not have a HD box the best they do is DVD quality.

Actually TiVo does have one HDTV unit at this time, but it is a DirecTV unit. It can record DirecTV or OTA ATSC HDTV signals. It has 4 tuners (2 DTV, 2 ATSC) and can use any 2 at the same time.

Oh, duh, I meant to also mention that Voom is working on their own DVR using technology from UCentric. It should be out in 2005... I posted about it in the TiVoLovers LJ community, let me see... Ah, here it is: http://www.livejournal.com/community/tivolovers/80575.html
