I currently have a DirecTv Tivo and want to add a Series 2 for the Home Media Option and for the additional space. I plan on setting up the series 2 wirelessley. Are there any problems I should anticpate in setting up both Tivo's?

The bad news: You won't be able to get the DirecTiVo talking to the new TiVo unless you hack your DirecTiVo so that it is running the 4.0 OS, like this question:

A standalone Series2 can record from antenna or analog cable - or you need an external cable box or satellite receiver. If you're current receiver is a DirecTiVo you don't want to hook up a standalone unit to it - you can end up with conflicts where the itegrated TiVo tries to record something and the standalone changes the channel, etc. If you want to do this you want to get a standalone DTV receiver for the standalone TiVo to control.
