I Have a Pioneer DVR-5100H. Can I Change the 80 Gb Hard Disk for other like 100 Gb, 160 Gb...?

Sure, it can be easily upgraded using the standard upgrade instructions found everywhere. Try out Weaknees' upgrade guide, which lists the pioneer units on the list of models:

Uh - What's the DVR-5100H? The TiVo models are the DVR-810H and Elite DVD-57H. So this isn't a TiVo.
